BAS Offline Free keeps one company’s records on one Windows PC and remains free forever. The limited launch promotion adds selected cloud backup and mobile owner services for eligible customers. Premium is the regular paid desktop edition with ongoing encrypted backup, Owner’s Desk and approvals.
With BAS Premium and Network, staff prepare work on the desktop while the owner reviews important requests on a phone. Approve, reject or return discounts, credit sales, expenses, purchases, payments, stock adjustments, returns and user access without directly editing the PC database from the mobile report view.
BAS Network shares accounting across PCs in one shop or office. BAS Cloud Accounting Edition gives authorized users live browser-based access to shared records. BAS Corporate connects multiple branches with central reports, advanced approvals and enterprise controls.
Premium companion Owner’s Desk provides read-only reports and approvals without directly editing the PC’s accounting records. Standalone BAS Mobile supports accounting from your phone.
